Day Two: Your Favorite Movie:

I have a variety of favorite movies, I guess you could say. I don't absolutely adore movies the way most people do, I don't go out of my way to go to the movies to see what everyone is talking about. I have to desire to see a movie before I make the effort to.

It's childish, I know, but it's safe to say that my favorite movie is Alice in Wonderland. It was a movie that I didn't like much at all as a child, but have since grown to love. Last winter, when I had trouble getting my brain to shut off long enough to go to sleep, I would watch the movie usually one and a half times before I would be able to relax enough to go to sleep.

I didn't acquire a physical copy of the movie until a few months ago. It was a surprise from my good friend Dennis, who knew I was aching for a copy of the movie. Of course, I'm beyond thrilled about the new Tim Burton version of Alice in Wonderland. I am practically counting down the days.
